I met Vilmar and Jane Pires in March of 2016. I had never met them prior to our meeting that day in our “new” office. When we met, I instantly felt as though the Keller Williams Systems and models would help them in their business. Vil had his Brokers license and had owned a brokerage previously. I could tell that they understood the importance of running their business like a business. I asked them what would help them the most and they explained they wanted to increase their sales price and maximize what they brought home. I showed them how the models that KW teaches would benefit them. They decided on the spot that they wanted to join KW. They didn’t even have to go home and think about it!
Vilmar has served on the Associate Leadership Council since our opening. He has been a Productivity Coach for newer agents and they have engaged in the Keller Williams systems from start to finish. He is one of our instructors and both of the Pires have been instrumental in KW of Vero’s success. To see their team grow, has been incredibly rewarding. For years, they knew how to sell real estate, they just needed more guidance in the business models – it was so much easier to follow a proven model instead of creating their own!
The Pires Team’s sales volume continues to rise – their first year at Keller Williams brought a $2 Million increase. They intend on creating a team to allow them the opportunity to grow to the next level while still providing the same incredible service to their clients.
